1. The quality of the program
  • By far, the best program/seminar I have ever attended.
  • This is a high quality program that is a result of the passion, experience, and knowledge of the instructors.
  • Excellent! I can't believe how much I have learned about myself in just 2-1/2 days. I would really enjoy doing this again in a few years to check how I have grown.
  • All the topics and examples are very pertinent to leadership. Well structured.
  • I've been to many seminars to try to improve my performance. This is by far the best one ever!

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and fun.
  • Rick and Paul did a great job. It was never boring or dull. They kept every-one involved.
  • Instructors are experts in their field and presented the material in a very well-organized manner.
  • I was somewhat at a disadvantage. My seat was behind the presenter. I was looking at the back of the presenter's head and a few times did not quite understand the verbiage.
  • OK.
  • Outstanding.
  • Knowledgeable, pleasant, fun, and entertaining.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Use Power point (just kidding!)
  • Make it 3-1/2 days.
  • Have follow up seminars as refreshers and reminders.
  • Summarize each unit after you finish each one, briefly.
  • More participatory exercises. Electronic copy of slides so we can better share concepts with team.
  • 3-1/2 days vs. 2-1/2 days.
  • Try to involve the folks to your right more in the lecture and discussion. Leaving the projector where it is, but pushing the "U" further from the screen will help.
  • Bigger coffee cups (less trips to refill).
  • A 2-1/2 day program is somewhat compact. This would be the shortest amount of time to deliver the content.
  • Turn the heat up.
  • Make it longer.
  • Room temperature. I'm a warm blooded Southern wimp. With my high energy, I would have liked you to cut off some of the participants' story telling - but I'm learning to have more patience. Rick - voice lessons (kidding) The Duncan was fine.
  • I don't know. Maybe longer.
  • I would like to have the graph with more description. I always had to flip through the manual to see if a particular score was good or bad. It is difficult because a low score may be positive or it may be negative.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • It is concrete evidence that the way others perceive me is the reality . . . looking in the mirror allowed me to realize that I like myself, but for all the wrong reasons.
  • It helped me to understand myself and gave me guidance on using my strengths to benefit myself and others around me, and manage my weaknesses. It is a great catalyst for change.
  • I know that I need to do a better job in several areas. With the direction from Paul and Rick, I do believe I will improve my professional and, most of all, my personal life. I am looking forward to using what I have learned.
  • It allowed me to see my weaknesses and areas of improvement. It has given me the desire to change them.
  • Very positively. I plan to implement many areas of the program.
  • A lot. Learned to see my own self. I will take advantage of this assessment to improve.
  • To listen and be caring.
  • Pointed out my need for conflict improvement and to listen more.
  • Changed what I considered a strength into a weakness, then to a real strength - pro active listening.
  • Pointed out things that I didn't know that I did.
  • Was not helpful until I was able to participate in this class. This brought it together. The assessment develops value once the 2-1/2 day class begins.
  • I learned how to deal with the weaknesses that I knew I had.
  • It was an eye opener for me.
  • Great influence! Slow down. Compromise more. Communication (listen). Leave work at 6:00 pm. Cut back on hours at work. Spend more time with my wife.
  • Assuredly.
  • Good. I was surprised on a few of my scores. Suggesting I may not be in touch with myself as much as I thought.
  • I (for the most part) agree with my assessment. I feel that I can be an effective leader, with some work.
  • Working with people. Listen better.
