1. The quality of the program
  • It was just what I needed. It will definitely help my confidence and I am excited to have been part of your program.
  • The program is excellent and has provided me with the insight that I needed to improve in all aspects of my life.
  • I thought the program was impactful and I did take away areas to improve or work on.
  • Overall quality of program was good.
  • From 1 to 10, it was a 10!!!
  • The quality was very professional and educational.
  • Full of substance. GREAT JOB!
  • Good program. Content followed a structured sequence. Scores were helpful in allowing me to understand strengths and areas of improvement.
  • High quality, great materials, delivery, and perspective.
  • I felt the course was excellent - life changing.
  • Top quality.
  • I found it to be very professional in the aspect that they knew what they were doing, but, at the same time, relaxed in a group of peers.
  • Very thorough program that engages and encourages the participants to come face to face with themselves.
  • I thought the program was excellent. Great information.
  • Very good. I liked that they kept saying that it is a learning environment and there are no stupid questions.
  • Great.
  • Excellent.
  • High quality.
  • Very good. Learned more than I expected.
  • Very well thought out. Plenty of interaction and opportunity for all.
  • The program included very valid concepts with real world examples and useful exercises. Very valuable!
  • The program quality is great. I really enjoyed the energy and expertise which was shared.
  • Excellent. Best I have attended!

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Top notch.
  • Presentation was good. I thought that the conversation and stories were better than the "canned" presentation.
  • Presentation was very professional. The training was somewhat unconventional and not what you would normally get from a seminar. This presentation made it more exciting.
  • Very professional and enjoyable.
  • Knew the material and presented well. Kept the class engaged.
  • Have a lot of knowledge in the training.
  • Great. Kept me "engaged" the entire time. I am very reflective and "daydream a little." I really enjoyed it.
  • Excellent.
  • Good "tag team" approach. Strong willed initiative of both instructors help to drive class to completion.
  • Very professional.
  • Very professional and knowledgeable in their field.
  • Very well done. Same examples used during personal assessment - this repetition disengaged me.
  • Great.
  • Rick and Paul are great presenters with solid mastery of material. Great examples and plenty of them.
  • Very good. The seminar had a nice flow to it. Instructors were encouraging and people seemed comfortable with them.
  • Rick and Paul are Ying & Yang - awesome - complete.
  • Tag team approach was very well received. Fed off of each other well and gave different perspectives.
  • Very professional, very experienced speakers and effective consultants.
  • The instructors have a high expertise characteristic. All questions asked were answered satisfactorily. One thing I really enjoyed was the interaction the instructors had with the group.
  • Very good. Wish we had not rushed through the last section.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Control time of exercise.
  • None at this time, very well presented, with excellent exercises.
  • Use PowerPoint. The individual review of each characteristic was not helpful. There are offsetting characteristics and they need to be tied in.
  • None.
  • Cocktails at lunch.
  • Provide a document that links characteristics.
  • Make this a full three day class. Use PowerPoint.
  • Have massage therapist give a rub down at mid-day (just kidding). It was great. I would like to have more of the team building exercises.
  • Location: a room with windows. Program: set a minimum of "management knowledge" level for participants.
  • More exercises, even if extra class time is required.
  • The more viewpoints, examples, and different perspectives the better.
  • A few less people in the class. Maybe 20 instead of 25.
  • To be more aggressive.
  • Please personalize our individual assessments to allow us to see clearly what traits may offset others to create the proper balance. If this could be incorporated in one assessment, we would not have to ask so many clarifying questions.
  • More interactive exercises. Those really illustrated the theory. More ways and tools to implement the change.
  • Leave political comments out.
  • A team building or some kind of exercise on the first day.
  • Personally, I was very distracted by 2-3 dominating people who wanted personal assessments during class. More offline/parking lots for those (my dominance score is very high, by the way).
  • I would need to know all the info first. It will take a life time. Thanks.
  • Involve a dinner program one evening so the group can interact. (Lot of good ideas and best practices can come out of this setting). Build costs and an informal program into the evening.
  • Clarify effective range vs. high performance, or perhaps illustrate it differently in graphic format by reevaluating the effective range.
  • A chart that indicated the characteristics that offset each other would be helpful.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • To go back to work and provide focus, structure, and direction.
  • Eye opener. Again, it has shown me the good and the bad.
  • I need to work on authority. I always thought of authority as a bad thing. Structure is not a bad thing.
  • This caused me to deal with some of my down sides. I was always aware I had a stubborn personality, so that did not come as a surprise, but there were a couple other areas that really caused me to think about myself.
  • It showed me how to work on the areas I need to improve on.
  • It has helped identify my weaknesses and given me some tools to improve.
  • It made me understand who I am and how people around me might perceive me.
  • I will most definitely change my personal life, as well as the way I work with and for others.
  • Awareness of specific areas of improvement, given my behavior and personality characteristics - how to improve.
  • The assessment has influenced me. The process has definitely forced me to open my eyes concerning my own leadership style.
  • It has brought focus to areas for improvement and confirmed thoughts regarding others.
  • I will try to be more assertive in my everyday life.
  • I kind of knew anyway, but this confirms it, so I can fix what I have problems with.
  • I am very open to personal feedback and have always looked for ways to improve.
  • Opened my eyes to who I really am.
  • I can see my down falls.
  • I have a clearer understanding of the whys - Why do I do that? Why do I need that? Why do I react in that manner?
  • I will quote from Power of the People: "Socially we are still plodding along at the pace of an ox cart." I believe that is true somewhat today and change is due. Business wise and personal life.
  • My personality did ring true and it will drive me to change and improve.
  • Positive, motivating.
  • By providing real experiences that work or fail, depending on the exercise.
  • Very much so. I can use the findings to plan my leadership development. I was able to accept and validate the findings.
  • It has given me more knowledge which I can now use to enhance my position.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • More direction, less avoidance.
  • Hopefully, greatly. I need to do my homework to accomplish the goals that I set for myself.
  • I think I will communicate more and be more authoritative.
  • Helps me take some of the down sides of my personality and improve.
  • It showed me what a "leadership style" should be.
  • If I take the tools learned in this course, I should become a more effective leader. I hope to get an opportunity to be reevaluated so that I can measure my improvements.
  • It will influence my leadership style a lot. Learned what characteristics I need to focus/change to improve and share with my team.
  • I know now that where I was lacking I need to be aware and improve. I also learned where I am overbearing to back off a bit.
  • Strengthen and stabilize it.
  • The program should help my authority and decision making skills.
  • It will keep me on course and speed up the development towards higher performance and leadership.
  • There are areas I need to work on to improve my leadership style. For instance, I need to be more accommodating and communicative. I need to listen to others better.
  • I will say hello to everyone every morning and ask how their night/day/ weekend was and how their families are doing.
  • I plan to make personal commitments to change/improve where appropriate.
  • I will use my action plan and be more assertive.
  • Be a better leader.
  • Enjoyed completely. Opened my eyes to my personal life (self). Would like to do it again.
  • I need to slow down and listen to others.
  • It confirmed my beliefs about my leadership style and hopefully I will take what I have learned and improve my leadership qualities.
  • I will listen more and tone down my arrogance.
  • Bring it up to a different level.
  • Provide focus and structure to my communication style. Reinforces several changes I know I need to make.
  • It will allow me to "know myself" and remember to look at my style and my actions from others' points of view.
  • I need to work on a few characteristics to enhance my leadership skills and style. I will be changing my style to reflect the top 16$% of the spectrum.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • More positive.
  • Human touch from presenters and practical application of information.
  • Pre-work.
  • Focus more on "you."
  • First time attending this type of program.
  • Knowledge Paul and Rick has and its importance in my job.
  • I have not attended any other leadership programs. So far, you are the best!
  • Focus on leadership.
  • Intensity of instructors.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, multiple perspectives, related right to myself and scores.
  • It's different because I can relate back to my personal profile, so the course is personal, not just theory.
  • 1st time at a program.
  • I haven't attended any others.
  • I will leave this program feeling more personally affected because of all the emotion I have felt these last few days.
  • Talked/focused on ourselves.
  • Personality of the class.
  • Great pace. Makes you reflect yourself.
  • Focus is on individuals, not generalizations. I can compare myself to the best quantitatively.
  • The assessment helped the intake and effectiveness. It's hard to deny when there's a chart in front of you.
  • As Rick stated - a different level. I've been to many; this was the best by far.
  • Quality of people, program, and the pre-evaluation adds substance to the individual.
  • Higher level of participants' experience, etc., more involved, thorough.
  • This is the first leadership program, so I can't compare.

7. Quality of manual and presentation materials?
  • Good - once I got over not having it in PowerPoint.
  • Excellent.
  • Good.
  • Manual was good and overheads provided good highlights.
  • Great quality, but can use PowerPoint.
  • Very good/excellent.
  • Solid presentation materials.
  • Excellent!
  • Very easy to use and very professional.
  • Fine.
  • Manual - some slides seemed like wasted paper, as we went through them so quickly - but, then again, might be good to look at later.
  • Great.
  • Clear, with effective points.

8. Training facility evaluation:
  • Very good.
  • No issues.
  • Good, but it was too cold for most of the time.
  • Excellent.
  • Great place and food.
  • Facility with windows preferable. Improve/control temperature of room.
  • Fine.
  • Food was a little too fancy for my tastes.
  • Great! The food was great. A little chilly, but great!
  • Good food, comfortable surroundings.

9. General comments:
  • I would recommend this program to all - friends and colleagues, as well as people that I perceive could use the help.
  • Interactive activities were much more impactful than the lecture.
  • Great presentation I will be able to apply in my position.
  • Keep up your good work!!! You are helping us understand who we are!
  • Thank you for helping me realize my strengths and weaknesses and the ability to listen and change.
  • THANK YOU!!! Looking forward to more!
  • Good course. I plan to read some of the books, review the other material, and work daily on the areas I need to improve on.
  • Most of the assessment went through all the pieces of the characteristics. More time should be spent on tools to make me change. This being said from someone who accepted myself quickly.
  • Well developed program. This really does help us "know thyself."
  • Thank you!!!
  • Giombetti has been instrumental to our entire management team. Going forward, they will be instrumental in hiring and training of all management positions to make them leaders!
  • I hope to revisit the program in the future as I gain experience in my position and at my company.
  • I really enjoyed the course.
