3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • None at this time. If I think of something, I will forward the info to you.
  • Maybe more team building exercises. Keep up the great work!
  • More examples.
  • (1) Continue to change the teams in the team exercises; (2) make fewer tables at lunch for better exchanges with instructors; (3) have a copy of the profile graphs put onto a wallet card for participants.
  • I benefited tremendously from the analysis of the different characteristics. My suggestion is to place less emphasis on the teamwork examples. Over the years as a professional, I have attended seminars (not leadership). Each seminar has exercises in teamwork and I think it has been proven unequivocally that teams are more effective than individuals. Focus on evaluating characteristics would be so much more beneficial.
  • More paper exercises (brain teasers).
  • Day 1 - more exercises on learning how to interpret behavior traits - kind of "learn and do" activities.
  • Try to condense it into two days. It is an emotionally intense program (for me). Two days would be optimal.
  • More humor.
  • I can't think of any.
  • A 1-800 help line.
  • None. Keep up the good work.
  • Maybe a full three days instead of 2-1/2.
  • More class activities . . . interaction.
  • I feel that you have really fine tuned the program. It's great.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • I believe that it will help me both professionally and personally.
  • I felt that I will be able to look at it and focus on areas that will affect me the most.

  • It can only improve it! I'm so glad that I attended.
  • It will help me by keying on areas that I didn't know were weak or too strong.

  • The most well organized, professional presentation that I have ever witnessed.
