1. The quality of the program
  • AMAZING! You helped me visit parts of my personality that I've never considered.
  • Very high quality - great information, clearly well educated and experienced instructors. Well organized and stayed on schedule.
  • Excellent. It has been a truly enlightening experience for me and I am grateful for AAA seeing a potential that I couldn't see for myself.
  • Awesome. Eye opening.
  • Excellent quality. Lots of resources. Real life situations (personal and professional). Reference to other "leadership" literature, and class experiences.
  • Program was great - interesting - energetic.
  • Interaction was very good. Expecting a painful "Touchie - Feelie" experience." Turned out to be enlightening.
  • Excellent! Professional and extremely useful.
  • Top notch.
  • Very good.
  • Very good. Learned a lot about myself.

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Instructors were professional in their presentation. I was amazed how comfortably they worked together. Smooth transitions from one to the other.
  • Both Paul and Rick did a wonderful job in presenting the program. I was in awe of their energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent.
  • Excellent. The fact that they both were in corporate America at one point - more credible.
  • Great. Organized.
  • Good speaking skills. Good at keeping people engaged.
  • Very strong. Using quotes from others adds strength to the message.
  • Excellent - organized and knowledgeable. Without a doubt, they know what they are talking about.
  • Amazing.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • I can't think of anything at the moment . . . Rick, from those financial people, don't move us to red numbers. We don't like them! Start red and move to black!
  • Perfect the way it is.
  • More homework!
  • 2 breaks in the mornings. 2 breaks in the afternoons. A lot of us live and work in fast paced environments where we are always on the go. It's hard to sit for 2 hours!
  • Need more time to reflect on this - ha!!!
  • Breakfast sandwiches (for the commuters).
  • If possible, throw in two or more short 5-minute breaks just to let us stretch and regroup.
  • None come to mind right now, but I will let you know if I think of any.
  • More breaks (shorter).
  • Possibly a "get up and do something" group exercise. Not enough breaks.
  • Would like to see more how which traits work together.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • Forced me to look at myself. Not easy at all, but valuable. I feel "lighter." It is somehow liberating to recognize your flaws instead of trying to hide them all the time.
  • I realized that I need to make a change in the way that I interact with the people in my life. I need to reconnect with them and form the emotional bonds that I once feared.
  • I saw myself on paper vs. what people tell me. This will allow me to make changes on the job and family life on areas that I see I need to improve!
  • Showed me what I am, what I need to work on, and how to do it.
  • Due to the results-driven environment that I work in, I forget to slow down. This assessment has made me realize that others may view me as having low good will and have an aristocratic approach to others. I am very passionate about people and caring. I need to act the way I think!
  • That is what got me interested in this leadership course.
  • I can clearly see the stones in my path ahead of me, and now know which ones to move and which ones to go around or over.
  • It has clearly stated all the areas that I need to focus on. It brought to reality all he vague lurking doubts one has in the back of their minds.
  • Changed my life!
  • Made clear to me how my behavior has changed since prior assessment, and how I need to change in moving forward.
  • Outlined my personality and how I approach issues/activities.
  • To focus on my high dominance and give others validation and time.
  • Changed how I see myself in office and home.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • I will be tougher, stick to my guns more often, but I must figure out a way to be tactful and not intimidating.
  • It will have a positive impact.
  • I have more confidence in myself in the areas that I felt were right. I can be more direct in what I feel and believe.
  • Will improve it for me, my company, associates, and others I come in contact with.
  • It will influence my positional power of influence!
  • Improve - more stability; interaction among employees; keeping myself aware of how I might appear.
  • It will shock my coworkers and others in my life.
  • Shown me what I do well, and where I can make specific improvements.
  • It will change it greatly.
  • Will help me become more participatory.
  • Improve team work, awareness to how I am using the tools learned.
  • Will work on my communication.
  • Hopefully I will take small changing steps to be more of an authority.

  • Lots or real life stories and very profound ones!
