It is a unique opportunity to get the two organizations' leaders and managers in one environment. The (your) program will pay larger dividends beyond the internal camaraderie and information sharing.

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • You guys were great. Great structure, diversity, and presentation flow. The examples and stories were right on. The literary references were good, as well.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • I think this is a great opportunity for Giombetti and ADS to have a more engaging partnership to improve leadership development for the ADS/Hancor team. ADS needs to get MORE managers through the program.
  • More time. ½ day longer.
  • Have Paul do a tap dance during breaks! Just kidding. Wouldn't change a thing!
  • The stories are great and they really hit home. The more stories the better.
  • Can't think of one.
  • Two small observations. More group items, also individual attention!
  • Don't shorten the last day. Every minute of training was crucial to the program's success.
  • Possible 1-on-1 to better understand individual scores.
  • They have their act together. Wouldn't change a thing.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • After I understood the rating system and concepts, it was great.
  • It has taught me that I am not necessarily the guy I think I am. I respect that and look forward to improving on all weaknesses and to compliment them with a few of the strengths I have been blessed with.
  • Provided the mirror and suggestions for positive change.
  • I look forward to the challenge and anticipation of growth and better under-standing as a leader.
  • I had an epiphany about my ability to be a good team mate. I need to do more collaborating and have better communication (listen better !!!)

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • It will allow me to assimilate or adjust more readily to different management styles and behavioral characteristics of peers and subordinates.
  • It will help me better communicate, listen, get a little more warm & fuzzy and let others know I feel and not think they know what is on my mind.
  • Will improve my reward - compromise - dominance scores.
  • Greatly improve my authority, especially in the area of focus and direction, and, with that, be able to be less avoidable.
  • Authority - the ability to provide focus, structure, and direction.
  • Shown me that, together, we can accomplish greater things. I need to LEAD a team, not BE the team.
  • Challenge it! Take it to the next level! Also, change from old to new. Thanks for everything!

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • Sincerity from both Rick and Paul and their true desire to see us succeed. Rich has offered to talk any time I have a question and that is most appreciated.
  • Reality therapy!
  • Presenters are very professional and bring in the reality.
  • Interaction and working models.
  • I have never attended another program.
  • It was more involving with group participation. It had true stories, instead of mostly scenario situations.
  • It was all about me and where I'm at on the road to success.
  • Real world, interpersonal, informational.
  • The expertise of the instructors on the material.
  • This was my first. It will be very hard to top.
  • It was more personal and not just a majority.
