1. The quality of the program
  • Absolutely outstanding! There can be no question of the levels of intelligence Rick and Paul share between themselves ad have shared with our group.
  • Words cannot describe the true quality. Everything from the presentation, structure, validity, and schedule were amazing. It is apparent that there is a lot of research and expertise behind it all.
  • Professional, top notch, excellent presentation.
  • Although the initial phone call assessment did not go well for me, once I attended the sessions, it made better sense and allowed me to understand the meaning of growth and change.
  • Excellent!
  • Extremely beneficial, informative, top notch, guys!
  • Very well organized and high in quality content.
  • "Extreme." Not only have I learned about me, I learned how to understand me and improve me.
  • Very high quality. Up to date.
  • High quality and lots of info.
  • Excellent. All slides, handouts, and exercises were impactful.
  • Fabulous. Insightful. Wonderful resources shared.
  • Very high quality. I wish I was more involved with this before college! This was a well-put-together path through my own mind and personality and, if it weren't well done, I doubt I'd have gotten as much out of it.
  • Excellent. Worth the time.

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Both Rick and Paul were very honest and sincere during the session. They showed their own selves and were able to open up the group's inner self in a very professional and kind way.
  • Very professional, very personable. Your professionalism cannot be questioned.
  • Very well given and presented.
  • Dead on!
  • Liked the slides or transparencies and not using Powerpoint. Showed more interaction and a chance to talk and learn easier.
  • Extremely professional, especially in situations where they knew they were going to say something the group or individual might not want to hear.
  • The best and most animated I have experienced.
  • The instructors were engaging and knowledgeable.
  • Professional and to the point, fair with common thinking.
  • Dressed nice and made me feel comfortable.
  • Rick - excellent; Paul - good.
  • Excellent. Nice Colts jerseys.
  • Great.
  • Perfect. Loved the fact that you didn't use Powerpoint!
  • Outstanding delivery. Particularly liked how you'd go back and forth.
  • Friendly and very professional. Real pros.
  • A++.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Give more pre-communications and explanations.
  • Lay ground rules on breaks and/or potty policy for the audience to know your position.
  • Be more interactive, more moving within group task.
  • Possibly a follow-up session or tool box to assist participants with implementation.
  • I cannot think of a thing.
  • You guys nailed it!
  • No suggestions for improvement. We already know how you feel about Powerpoint!
  • Use Powerpoint.
  • If our scores don't line up with handouts, then explain why.
  • Drop the personal opinions regarding Exxon profits and war. They are divisive and detract from the rest of the content.
  • Perhaps more one-on-one time in person as opposed to phone call.
  • Why assign the outside reading when you spend time the next day telling us what we read? Try going deeper into the lessons learned as a result of the readings.
  • More interactive exercises, more reflective exercises.
  • I can't think of many suggestions. You did, with me, exactly what you hoped to do.
  • One-on-one time.
  • More individual time . . . but I think that is at another or a different session.
  • Phone: need to preface the phone call with a more "easy to understand," "non-confrontational" style. "We say you are", "your chart says so." Make taking the medicine a little easier to swallow.

  • Helped me to mentally create an action plan to be results driven in all areas.
  • My feedback session put me in a funk for 2 days. I now understand and realize why.
  • UNDENIABLY YES!
  • I need to become more balanced.
  • Amazing. I am now able to look in the mirror and understand who I am.
  • I've clearly spotted some destructive behaviors/tendencies.
  • I am hopeful of the future. I know anything is possible.
  • Time will tell. I anticipate a huge influence.
  • Recognized areas of strength and weaknesses. Given me a map to lead.
  • I have a better idea of NOT who I am, but how I am perceived.
  • Become a better listener. Stop coming across as having a hidden agenda. Be patient. Tackle conflict!

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • The realism of how actual the information was.
  • Never attended a program like this.
  • This one worked. You organize it and legitimize it (with data) in a way that makes self-evaluation unavoidable.
  • Psychological personality aspect. Made it go the root cause of who we are. All other programs are about management style and techniques.
  • Intensity - knowledge base.
  • Very hands-on, small group.
  • This program was far more successful, particularly in the reality check category.
  • Not much of anything except doing it with peers to help hold me accountable.
  • Up to date and modern.
  • The 3 R's come to mind first. I really appreciate the acknowledgement and focus on character, integrity, and honesty. These are values I hold in high regard.
  • The use and explanation of "common sense."
  • This one will work for me.
  • I believe in it!
  • Haven't taken another course like this one before, but would recommend it to family and clients.
  • Interaction!
  • The information given are things we can apply in our personal and professional life.
  • This was a much larger group of people attending, where the ages were so varied. It covered more areas of conce5rn and the presenters spent more time with my individual situation.

  • Good quality, will be a keepsake.
  • The statistical charts communicate very well. I'm not sure if there would be additional value in "slicker" or more polished visuals.
  • You may want to invest in a designer that does not use clip art. Actually, the material is on target with others that I have viewed.
  • Good quality, well organized.
  • Very useful and helpful for following along.
  • Great, informative, clear, direct.
  • A little dated, but works with the program and presenters.
