2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Both presenters spoke with confidence and energy that helped keep the presentation interesting.
  • Very professional instructors. With such a wide range of students, they handled all aspects extremely well.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • PowerPoint. Show some video clips for examples. Many movies can depict good leaders and bad leaders which people can relate with.
  • It may be an idea to extend the program more to allow us to elaborate on how to make improvements.
  • Prior to the class, on-going instruction and follow up would be key.
  • Keep it current with articles as they evoke (you did, just keep it up!) to stay relevant!
  • Get rid of overhead projector.

  • Provide highlighters and lots of sitting down was difficult.
  • Ensure participants receive their Performance Dynamics Manual and interview prior to attending.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • The assessment helped me take an honest, in depth look at myself.
  • It has made me come up with a list of goals for myself both personally and professionally. I have a great understanding of what I need to do.
  • I have an awareness of where I am and where I could be.
  • It made me realize I'm not the person I thought I was.
  • Made me aware of where I focus too much attention to.
  • Greatly. I am looking at myself quite differently. I have a specific plan for improvement.
  • I will focus more on listening and not driving every conversation my way!
  • Yes, can't wait to get back to life and figure out how to change.
  • It has influenced me to really see myself as others do, make the changes that are needed. I want to make a difference while I exist whether to myself – but hopefully to those I meet.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • It has reinforced a lot of my own existing beliefs and helped shine the light on areas that I need to keep my traits in balance.
  • I think it will help me make more informed decisions and help me take my management to a new level.

  • I hope to use this to become a better co-worker, mother and friend.

  • This is the first one and it was great.

  • It's main focus is on you; why, how and how to correct your tendencies.
  • The team interaction in the class was the best I've seen! The interplay of the trials was awesome!!
