1. The quality of the program

The quality of the program was very good. I think the quality of the program was outstanding. I felt the quality was superb. The material was great and the teachers did a fantastic job of providing insight and information to the class. Two very exceptional men who are devoted to self awareness, outstanding. Was great, I really had fun and got to know myself better. Very Good. You become more aware of opportunities for you and others. Excellent and revealing. This program covered all aspects of life which was the best part. The reason is because a leader in life is more important than a manager at work. I found the quality Top Notch. 2. Professional presentation of the instructors:

Both presenters spoke with confidence and energy that helped keep the presentation interesting. Very professional instructors. With such a wide range of students, they handled all aspects extremely well. Very professional, but in a fun and interactive manner. Excellent (3) Rick and Paul did a great job. Very Good – They make this exciting and enjoyable. Very professional, well spoken and prepared, and great use of stories. Broke down everything to a personal level which was great. Also added entertainment to keep our full attention. Everything is timed and presented in a timely manner. They stopped to explore our inquisitiveness if needed. Very Good Communicators. Very engaging, enlightening and entertaining. I felt they work great together and interact well, it was fun. Informative real life. Entertaining and lively. Was right on with great examples. 3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:

PowerPoint. Show some video clips for examples. Many movies can depict good leaders and bad leaders which people can relate with. It may be an idea to extend the program more to allow us to elaborate on how to make improvements. Prior to the class, on-going instruction and follow up would be key. Keep it current with articles as they evoke (you did, just keep it up!) to stay relevant! Get rid of overhead projector. NONE (2) Provide highlighters and lots of sitting down was difficult. 4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?

The assessment helped me take an honest, in depth look at myself. It has made me come up with a list of goals for myself both personally and professionally. I have a great understanding of what I need to do. I have an awareness of where I am and where I could be. It made me realize I'm not the person I thought I was. Made me aware of where I focus too much attention to. Greatly. I am looking at myself quite differently. I have a specific plan for improvement. I will focus more on listening and not driving every conversation my way! Yes, can't wait to get back to life and figure out how to change. It has influenced me to really see myself as others do, make the changes that are needed. I want to make a difference while I exist whether to myself – but hopefully to those I meet. I will make changes in my job and relationship with my family. It will influence me to think about every personality trait and how it affects me daily. It has influenced me a lot on things that I was thinking I was OK with but now I have to work on. Communication, Energy etc. Shows how to use (unleash) the skills inside you. It's helped me validate what I already felt. Allowed me to open up. Better insight, good start for personal development plan. Helped me to recognize my strengths, and opportunities for improvement. 5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?

It has reinforced a lot of my own existing beliefs and helped shine the light on areas that I need to keep my traits in balance. I think it will help me make more informed decisions and help me take my management to a new level. It will help me become a better trainer. I think it will help me be more understanding of others. I hope to use this to become a better co-worker, mother and friend. This program will shape my leadership style. I'll become better and can influence more people because I understand more about what drives them! It will make me more effective. I will concentrate on becoming more competitive and listen better, as well as many other things. It will greatly improve my relationship with people and get better results. Increase awareness of others and how they view me as a leader. Everything that I learned I will put to work. I'm going to listen, pick up the pace and let others talk. Open up to people more, listen and understand people and their feelings. It will help me keep in mind that I must adjust my style according to who I am dealing with. Gave me a lot to think about and to think about before I react. Greater awareness will provide the ability to make better choices. Positively – it already has! 6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?

This is the first one and it was great. This was my first. (3) It's main focus is on you; why, how and how to correct your tendencies. The team interaction in the class was the best I've seen! The interplay of the trials was awesome!! It was very personal. (2) More intense and informative. More behavioral based. The presenters. Easy to follow. I enjoyed the focus on work/life. Could use terminal access for keeping up-to-date with work. Really had a lot of fun. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to take this course and feel enabled to become a true leader. I enjoyed the class more than I thought I ever would. I learned a lot about myself and who I am, as well as who I want to become. Fantastic job! Also, thanks for the book list! Great job! Thanks.
