1. The quality of the program
  • Energetic is a big word – for the hours spent I felt engaged the entire day. Another key word would be Excellent. I want to be this one day! 8 out of 10

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • You two mix great together. Facts speak for themselves, there is no doubt you guys are a "Class Act".

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Stay on the current track – off the beaten path is good but too much is a bad thing.
  • Make it more experiential and interactive. Break into teams and give them activities with each other at night, then debrief the next day and focus on practicing using different Leadership Skills.
  • Keep the "Real Life" stories and examples rolling. I thought we hit the one-way versus two-way communication harder than needed.
  • More team interactions, more group exercises.
  • Very useful and most important. The hardest thing will be knowing what to do with the information, and how to use it to make changes.
  • None, other than to be able to attend a follow up program.
  • Keep up the Good Work!!
  • Stick to time constraints better.
  • Add more days to allow for individual improvement.

  • Less book readings!! More personal stories!!

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • I don't always agree with feedback. I am quick to crucify those who disagree. I left that in Ohio and grasped this experience with open arms. I want to get there!
  • Provides focus and effective feedback about dealing with others.
  • It's identified my opportunities for improvement and confirmed some strengths I thought I had.
  • I feel like a new person…..THANK YOU!
  • It has shown me that a good leader is not what I perceived it to be and I can become a good Leader. I have the ability to be one if I want to.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • I will be able to express the way I feel. I feel like I am a good Leader, but I struggle to show others that this power is in them.
  • Helped me understand self realization and motivating positive changes.
  • I am in better touch with my tendencies. So, I know what I need to manage more closely. I plan to pull my Assessment materials and try to keep it in front of me. Thanks for the Plastic Reference card also.
  • I will not let people walk all over me.
  • I hope it helps me to help others more, I hope I can become more dominant, I think I can definitely become a better Leader.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • It focused more on MY Behaviors/Traits and how to deal with them.
  • More Direct.
  • Actually, had an effect. It was more than a lecture.
  • I've never attended a program like this.
  • More on the personal and behavioral side.
  • Actually WILL work.
  • This is my first Leadership program. (2)
  • Total self awareness, and how I interact with others.
  • I've never attended anything like this.
  • The type of Assessment and the one-on-one pre-call.
  • Presenters really "own" the coursework and command their knowledge.
  • It was about us as single people. Nobody is the same. We all learn differently, and change in different ways.
