1. The quality of the program

  • This is a very good program. It is intense with a lot of ground to cover, but with the material provided, I can take my time to go over it and reinforce the concepts.

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Great.
  • Very professional, yet still connected to the audience.
  • Rick & Paul did a fabulous job. They knew what they were talking about and how to explain it.
  • Very professional.
  • Excellent.
  • Very good – professional – no bull.
  • Professional presentation is in the mid/high range, but this may add to the effectiveness of the program (Paul standing in front of the slides – did not effect me but people on the sides).
  • Polished. Excellent delivery. Very knowledgeable.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Tie in more team-building exercises.
  • Use less paper. Go green.
  • There is nothing that comes to mind at this point. If I think of anything, I'll let you know.
  • Get people involved sooner.
  • Pick one thing that people want to improve and make a public suggestion on (1) way to do so. Have them write it down at the end of the first day.
  • None at this time.
  • The exercises are fun, so perhaps a couple more could be added.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • Opened my eyes to strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Opened my eyes and energized me to make changes.
  • It allowed me to take a real look at myself as a person.
  • It is going to make me a better person, both professionally and personally, from this day forward.
  • Gave me a place to start.
  • I think this course has/will improve not just my professional life, but personal.
  • Aware of all of my weaknesses now. Aware of all my strengths. I need to balance now.
  • It has clarified for me some of the traits I suspected I had.
  • Greater insight into what drives me and how to go about correcting some of my less desirable qualities.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • It made me aware of things I can improve on.
  • It will definitely help me start off with a solid foundation. New to this, I don't have the preconceived notions to overcome.
  • I hope to change it for the best. Actually, I will change it, to be a contagious leader.
  • A better listener/communicator.
  • Make me aware of my downfalls.
  • This program will force me to work on my communication.
  • It will allow me to build a foundation for becoming a leader, not just a manager.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • It's personal – it's about me! Not theories, etc., but what I can or cannot do!
  • Small group, individualized attention, hosted by folks who have high good will.
  • Rick and Paul honestly care and want to change people for the best.
  • The sincerity of the presenters and the willingness to learn among all the attendees.
  • Getting involved – not just there.
  • Have not attended any, but I would say it may be more effective due to the personal stories, allowing people to relate.
  • This is a first for me.

  • The stories about the other participants (where they were before the program and where they were able to get to after).

7. Quality of manual and presentation materials?
  • Excellent! (4)
  • The material is solid, but some of the displays/visuals are a little outdated and corny.
  • Terrific, very detailed.
  • Lose the books.
  • Good – to the point.
  • Mid range, but it forces you to pay attention.
