3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • You’ve got it nailed. The only thing I would suggest is that instead of only writing your scores that fall in the certain guidelines, to write all your scores to see how close you are to being in the proper range.

  • I would have liked a team building/getting to know you exercise in the beginning.

  • Greatly. It is going to drastically change my personal and professional life.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • It really hammers home your strengths and weaknesses with data and situations.
  • The professional set up.
  • Real, less hype than others.
  • It’s believable.
  • In sight of my qualities – I’ve had other classes that you take tests but they always made you feel bad because I wasn’t where you’re supposed to be (in the best category). This program showed me how my qualities affect things but didn’t make me feel bad. It showed both positive & negative effects.
  • Really made me reflect on myself.
  • Ties leadership and personality (individual) together. Making it personal brings it home.
  • This was different because it was the first I’ve attended that isn’t full of sales people or other manufacturing facilities.

8. Facility evaluation:
  • Great food and meeting room. Hotel was just OK.
  • Very well organized.
  • Great, again, the chairs were not comfortable.

  • The room was cold, otherwise good facility.
