Ross shared a story in class about a guy who was always walking ahead of his family, it was like he was describing me. We previously used a variety of off-the-shelf personality inventory assessments. When we started working with Giombetti we realized we had been driving a Toyota Corolla when we could have been driving a Ferrari.
