The Giombetti review process validated that I remain calm under pressure, something I’ve always been proud of. I also learned I wouldn’t lose credibility as a stoic leader if I occasionally expressed more direct and immediate feedback about things that can’t be tolerated.

We have been working with Giombetti Associates for the past eight years partnering with them both on candidate selection and development.
