We previously used a variety of off-the-shelf personality inventory assessments. When we started working with Giombetti we realized we had been driving a Toyota Corolla when we could have been driving a Ferrari. There’s nothing wrong with a Corolla, but the level of actionable insights we get from working with Giombetti far exceeds the incremental cost. It will absolutely have an impact on my leadership style, but also my personal style. A lot of the concepts and ideas cross all facets of my life.
